British Garden Centres partners with Greenfingers

British Garden Centres has announced its main charity support for 2025.

British Garden Centres has announced its main charity support for 2025. It will partner once again with Greenfingers Charity, which also celebrates its 25th birthday this year.

Following a record-breaking fundraising year that saw the UK’s largest family-run group raise £30,000 for the charity, 2025 will see team members and customers from across the UK come together to support the vital work of Greenfingers. The organisation creates beautiful, therapeutic outdoor spaces for seriously ill children and their families at hospices across the UK.

'Close to our hearts'
James Ducker, events manager for British Garden Centres, said: “Our team members across our company will be digging deep to find fun and creative ways to raise money for Greenfingers this year. It is a charity close to all of of our hearts, as it aligns with British Garden Centres’ passion for gardening, improving wellbeing and enhancing lives in local communities.”

Linda Petrons, director of fundraising and communications for Greenfingers Charity, added: “The continued support of such a well-loved name in garden retail adds huge weight to our 25th anniversary year. With a waiting list of children’s hospices that need our help, the funds raised through this partnership will help to significantly impact the lives of many children and families."
