Farm Shop and Deli Show takes place from 7th to 9th April at the NEC, Birmingham and runs alongside Food & Drink Expo, the National Convenience Show and Foodex Manufacturing Solutions as part of the wider UK Food and Drink Shows. One free ticket provides visitors with access to all four shows.

From content stages packed with expert speakers and live demonstrations to exciting zones dedicated to packaging, plant-based and future food innovations, this year’s show promises something for everyone. If you own or are involved in running a specialist retail business, this event aims to provide fresh insights and networking opportunities that will drive your business to the next level.

The UK Food and Drink Shows will feature five bustling content stages; each designed to inspire and inform with expert talks.

The Farm Shop and Deli Stage, packed full of theatre and entertainment, is always a hive of activity, whether that be with headline interviews or the eagerly anticipated Dragon’s Pantry competition, which sees entrepreneurs pitch their products to a group of buyers. 2025 is sure to be no different, with confirmed speakers including Nicki Stewart, director, Diverse Fine Food; Renée Elliott, founder, Planet Organic; Emma Mosey, chair, Farm Retail Association; Paul Hargreaves, chief empowerment officer, Cotswold Fayre; and Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones, The Black Farmer.

The Restaurant Stage is a hybrid area that sees a mix of interactive demonstrations and thought-leadership panels and interviews. Curated in partnership with Restaurant, its speakers will includine Sat Bains, chef proprietor, Restaurant Sat Bains; Juliane Caillouette-Noble, managing director, The Sustainable Restaurant Association; Sacha Lord, night-time economy adviser for Greater Manchester; and Joké Bakare, founder, Chishuru.

You can also explore the range exhibitors, which will include Beckford’s Rums and Whisky, Stockley’s Confectionery, Lavazza Professional, Maynard House – Fruit Juices, Meadowvale Food, Montezuma’s and Bristows, Pan Euro Foods, Smeg Professional, The Somerset Toiletry, Tony’s Cards and Prints, Tevalis and more.

New for 2025, the Business Advice Hub at Food and Drink Expo is a dedicated area providing both exhibitors and visitors to the shows with free business advice and solutions. A one-stop-shop for industry expertise, the exhibitors will cover a diverse range of advice such as associations, certifications, compliance, export, financial, health and safety, insurance, international markets, investment and venture capital, legal and tax.

There will be two street food areas at the UK Food and Drink Shows, as well as a bar offering a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks. Both of these provide a great opportunity to escape the bustling aisles to network with industry professionals. You can also visit the all-new associations lounge, where you’ll get to meet the associations supporting the UK Food & Drink Shows.

The Farm Shop and Deli Product Awards showcase is a must-see, highlighting the best products across the specialist retail market. This feature showcases the bronze, silver and gold winning products from the 2025 awards.
