An independent Leicestershire garden centre has announced the expansion of a second site
The Grange, a family-run independent Leicestershire garden centre, has announced the expansion of a second site.
With the current site popular for both its range of plants as well as its food outlet, The Mountain Restaurant, the new plans could see customers discover a similar catering standard.
The Grange Garden Centre's restaurant is inspired by a French ski lodge, serving the French specialty, tartiflette as well as a full English breakfast, afternoon tea, homemade burgers, and a Sunday roast. The Mountain Restaurant also caters for weddings and evening functions.
The new site will be based at The Engine Yard retail development at the Belvoir Castle.
There are plans to host a pop-up shop for two days on 15-16 July to showcase what the new site will have on offer.
"I am so excited to announce that we will opening a garden centre at The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle on 1 September," says the owners of The Grange garden centre. "Everything you love about our garden centre will be there, our stunning homegrown plants, houseplants, gifts and more! We will be running a pop up shop on 15 and 16 July (same weekend as Belvoir Flower Show), where we’ll be showcasing our new retail space and we’d love to see you!"
