The Future of Food-To-Go
The Keynote Theatre will open with The Future of Food-To-Go: How Will Britain Eat, delivered by Simon Stenning from FutureFoodservice. He will be followed by the likes of William Gordon-Harris from Knoops, Charlie Warren from SushiDog and Martin Godward from Chopstix.
Day two will begin with Food-To-Go Success In 2026 And Beyond: The Global Perspective, led by Gavin Rothwell from Food Futures Insights. Nick Ayerst from Gail’s will join for an exclusive interview, sharing the secrets behind building one of Britain’s most beloved bakery brands.
