Eshelby is Bidfood’s first culinary director

Bidfood has announced the promotion of its long-standing and highly regarded food innovation manager, Martin Eshelby, to the new role of culinary director. The wholesaler says that the appointment recognises his many years of dedicated hard work, as well as reflecting its continued commitment to culinary excellence, innovation and leadership within the foodservice industry.
