'Improve the customer journey'
Ben Harrison, the GCA’s chairman elect and operations director for Haskins Garden Centres, said: “We’re delighted that Edoardo has taken time out of his busy schedule to be able to join us to give delegates some useful pointers. He will be speaking on how AI could help improve the efficiency of our businesses and/or improve the customer journey.”
Peter Burks, chief executive officer of the GCA, added: “It’s a coup for us to have an internationally renown customer sales expert, who is able to speak about AI, on our roster of speakers for our 2026 Annual Conference. We’re sure Edoardo will offer lots of interesting insights and hints and tips for our members to take away and use back at their garden centres after the event.”
