New executive chair for the FPA
The Foodservice Packaging Association has announced Mike Revell, managing director of the Socius Network, as its new executive chair.

The Foodservice Packaging Association (FPA) has announced Mike Revell, managing director of the Socius Network, as its new executive chair. This will be his second term in the role; his first spanned the time when the association transitioned from the British Disposable Products Association to the FPA.
'Dramaticchange'
Revell said: “There is no doubt our market has changed dramatically in recent years, and as an industry we are faced with more and more legislation, taxes and environmental challenges. I believe it is important that the industry’s trade association – owned and paid for by its membership – is focused on delivering tangible benefits to every member.”
Martin Kersh, executive director of the FPA, added: “We are blessed to have such dedicated and committed members, who, even with big workloads, are willing to be of service to the FPA. That we have candidates of this calibre is a testament to how far the FPA has come.”
