British Garden Centres recently raised £20,000 in support of Garden Re-Leaf Day, an annual event that raises funds for Greenfingers. The company held various fundraising events, including raffles, cake sales, bingo nights, quizzes and fancy dress, in its 72 stores across the UK, as well as sponsored walks..

Greenfingers aims to provide life-limited children, their families and carers with emotional support through the power and pleasure of nature. The charity creates beautiful, well-designed outdoor spaces for children to enjoy with their family, friends and siblings, whether through play and fun, or therapeutic rest and relaxation

'Touched millions of lives'
James Ducker, events manager for British Garden Centres, said:  "We are so proud that the entire British Garden Centres family has come together to fundraise on Garden Re-Leaf Day for Greenfingers Charity, which is celebrating 25 years of creating magical gardens for children in hospices across the UK. These gardens have touched millions of lives.”
